As stated in the letter to Shareholders, "...as part of this offering we were able to secure sophisticated institutional investors..."
Sorry FJ, with all due respect, the 'retail shareholder power' war has been lost. With lots of shares going to 'sophisticated institutional investors' the retail shareholder influence has been diminished significantly and will grow weaker over the next 5 years (or until all the warrants have been exercised).
I hope and believe these institutions were brought on board to help the sp when they are ready to announce the technology works and can be mass produced.
It remains to be seen whether this is a bad thing for the retail shareholder.
