Agreed, but who would omit all the facts of the case and focus on a single aspect? 

Please provide us with the sum, in numerical form, that you would consider a "win" versus that you would consider a "loss".  

Given the original claim for several hundred million dollars, making allowances for those that licensed, and a $32 million license fee received, $100 million would be OK, $150 million would be a regular win, and $200 million plus would be a win to be pleased with.

A loss would be $50 million or less.

The above are subject to change in the event that considerations other than cash were part of the settlement.
