Another excellent point. When contracting to sell something, and you get a perceived "fair price", was it a draw? The fair price probably includes some level of profit. And the added business keeps the doors open so you continue to sell more to others.

EVERYWHERE I've ever worked, a sell is considered a "win" - at least on the day of the sell.
