Finally got a response from RP. Cut and paste job from him.

"This year we expect to add other elements necessary to attract significant new investment interest."

Still sticking to their story so not really news. No further commentary on what "other elements" means or whether or not its outside of litigation (in strict sense of just settlement $$) or outside IFE space. The "crypticism" continues but to be expected as that's their "communication style"
