I believe he realized he sorta barked at me..so gave me an opportunity for a follolw-up, so I just said, "if you are not going to address them then...NO."
I just reviewed the list and he/others did in their presentation and commentary/Q&A, with Alan C "stealing the show" answer 4.
1.Please explain the EDIG Innovations Group business plan: they very clearly laid out the charter/focus/vision mission of the Inno Grp. We are not a manufacturer...we are focused to develope new tech, protect it via patent filings...license it. They spelled it out very well, and got a HUGE compliment from DRVEN, for the 1st time that I have been coming to the SHM's, you finally explained a business plan.
2. What are the reasons for confidentiality concerning the 7 patent applications to date: the 6 involving NUNCHI will be kept private as long as we can, via a filing method that costs extra attorney wise, so that the competion cannot steal it. The elaborated more, but too much to post.
3. During the Mar 14th webcast, Dr Nunally stated with any luck regarding NUNCHI, we hope to share more information concerning partnerships in the next few months and maybe even by the SHM….words to that effect.
4. Was there a 14th settlement that occurred in between Panasonic and Canon, and if so who was it with: yes, but the agreement required us not to mention their name.
