'Myself, I'd like to see a Markman determination as a share holder, probably more out of curiosity than anything. However, for the challenges ventured, they do not seem important, other than the sole memory issue....where it's up to a judge to make the determination in changing the patents total meaning, never mind just a claim issue.'

Any chance that you can reword that?

Many here say they understand you, I certainly do not.
