Very much agree with your last paragraph. My bet on them to deliver is the shares I own. I just hope they do and that the "elements" language has some meat behind it and wasn't just poor communication (i.e. leaving too much room for interpretation)

Couple more months and we'll know more. I sent an email last week to RP regarding the "elements" language asking for an update on this (Is confidence in that language less, same, greater now that we're 6 months after that statement was made?) Still awaiting a response.
