It's the 16th, IMO, the defendants were given 21 days to come to some form of agreement to hand over the limited information that e.Digital considered for phase 1 discovery.

Lets see if they agree and phase 2 discovery is put on hold.

Which if they do not......they're going to have to get it all done prior to the Markman anyway...(would this piss them off?)

I'd like to see the hold pattern happen.....it puts more of a consideration on the word agnostic.

If it doesn't happen, IMO it highlights that they are pissed....and there is no hope of e.Digital being agnostic.
