Nice post. All I can say is that I've placed my trust in DM and Management to manage the litigation correctly. In my mind they have done fairly well so far. I can speculate about the why's and why not 's; the if's and then's; and the maybe's, but in the final analysis, all I can control is my own investment decision. If I don't like the decisions they are making I have a choice.....
