That's right...at this point only EDIG and Samsung (and attorneys) know what happened.

How would you have felt if we went to Markman with the other 2 patents and lost? I'm not saying we would have lost or that something bad happened only that it was a possibility. It could simply be that Samsung convinced us that the 2 patents were not being infringed.We don't know much but EDIG and DM do. It's their game.
