Hello fellow EDIGGERS…hope all are well.Saw this article today on CNN and thought I’d pass it on. Still holding all my EDIG shares and waiting on that day e.Digital comes through for us. Things look better now than at any time I can remember. If the Patent Trial and Appeal Board upholds our Nunchi patents, along with our favorable Nunchi Markman Ruling announced Dec 2015, we’ll be in a power position facing Dropcam et al., in court.

Back to lurking…hopefully won’t be gone as long.

Tech giant Intel will cut up to 12,000 people from its staff globally, or about 11% of its workforce, the company announced Tuesday

At the same time, Intel said it plans to invest more in "growing" areas of its business, such as convertible laptop-tablet devices, as well as gaming. Intel also said it wants to invest more in its data center and Internet of Things businesses.

There is an effort to ruin this board and at least one basher from another board has joined. My attempts at flushing him/her out have been met with deleted posts, as I'm sure this one will be. Just wanted to warn everyone that if vigilance isn't maintained, this board will turn into a RagingBull or IHUB cesspool in short order.

I won't be posting much anymore (if at all), but will read posts on occasion. I don't appreciate the lack of support by AGORACOM and other Hub Leaders. Take care all and have a great Christmas.

One guy said he wouldn't be happy at $10/share a few months ago. Give me $2/share and I'll be THRILLED.

Dolphins1, some are born whiners and will never stop. Even if EDIG announced a buyout offer from Google of $7/share, there would be whining. They'd complain it wasn't $7.05/share. Or if they were at the "EDIG buyout party", they'd complain the food was cold or the beer wasn't their favorite brand. Pretty pathetic.

I also think the settlement with Apple is good news. I honestly believed they would fight to the end but now believe Handal scored a win with this settlement. Just a hunch...a gut feeling.
