I don't mind taking this all the way at some point; however, I would rather do it later in the game with a Sony or TI. Let's get as much low hanging fruit as we need so we can last through a long and brutal legal fight.

If we were to lose at Markman later in the game at least we will have some cash and some "cross-licenses" to make something, unless the cross-licenses are contingent on our patents being valid.
