I agree Rob. Although I like the idea of a shareholders association, we need to know the terrain we would be traversing. The last thing I want to do is alienate ourselves from the company and risk legal action against us over even a small misstep. There are so many unknowns here. We need to have the intent of association clearly defined as well as as code of conduct and so on and so on. This is creating an entirely new entity that will require exceptional skill and time to create and maintain. Let's tread carefully here folks. Derek
