However, I am not so sure about other shareholders – especially institutional ones –, because I simply do not know what their intentions are or what their intentions will be at some future point in time. Remember e.g. the looming risk of a low-ball buyout!
In case things should get worse, and we start organizing only then, it would be too late.
We might not agree on everything and we don't need to. But at least we could make it possible for a potentially large minority of shareholders to form an opinion, to air it, and to not let their voices go down the dump.
