Andrea, you also seem to be misunderstanding my post and fixated on the wrong things.
I laughed at $10 being a low-ball offer on a current share price of around $2.50. 4 times premium is not considered a low-ball based on what the market current values the company. I have experience in this area and trying to clarify some of the irrational statements on here. But if you were using it to exaggerate a point, thats fine. And yes $10 is very low for POET in general, but thats why there is still a lot of work to do to get the SP up and that will come in time as the company keeps executing their plan.
