Hopefully they have a great company with lots of experience advising them on the best process of licensing and managing a sale. Had the impression this was part of the Strategic Team's work??? Likely they will need to use both Canadian and US advisors if they are going the NASDAQ route. If they are planning on a NASDQ listing soon would this imply that they may have decided to initially go with licensing followed by a future sale once they have signed partners that would generate initial license fees and potential future revenue stream? They probably already have P2 in hand so they must have some sense of the value that they are shooting for and how best to get there at acceptable risk and costs. They all have a lot riding on this as well so they will be keen on maximizing value.
