Considering Leckrone had side deals with so many other people related to the patent portfolios, it's not out of the realm of possibility that the very people on our BOD might have of have had similar side agreements that would personally benefit them, even if PTSC didn't flourish.
Ceratainly, it that were to prove true, it would be likely criminal. However, when you look at the serious allegations that PTSC has hurled against TPL/Leckrone over time, but analyze it in the context of what the PTSC stewards have been willing to accept to "resolve" these injustices, resolutions that time has PROVEN to actually WEAKEN PTSC's position against TPL/Leckrone rather than strengthen it as one would expect, it seems to imply that there are serious risks to which these people have exposure.
Incompetence? Implicit Intention? Perhaps. Or is it something more sinister? Their actions in handling the challenges of PTSC seem to leave that open, in my opinion.
