One would think that it would be more efficient to rule immediately after the appeal hearing than the have to go back and refresh weeks later... Baring any research and fact finding, I would think a week would be sufficient...

I just have this feeling we are going to hear something by the end of the month, in our favor! It's just a feeling... I know the wording is everything but after listening to the proceedings again, I can't help but think about the female judges comment regarding the "attorney" who tried to say too much in the description. Can this panel see this as a mistake and find in favor of us? Can they wash this all down the drain for something so simple? Obviously the answer is yes to the latter but there is still hope!

I am thinking that maybe one of the reasons that they didn't pursue the foreign patents was because of Leckrook.

I wonder if the appeals panel will consider that there were 300+ companies that saw the patents as valid and signed a license? I wonder if they will reach out to Grewal for comment? I also wonder if in fact they will see fit to rule against the patent office and all the re-exams.

All and all, cruel and unusual punishment for a small company with a game changing technology.

I am looking to see what some of you have to say regarding a positive outcome from the appeal. And I guess that a postitive outcome would mean that this moves back into the district court correct? Could the share price go to $.02? Or go to a pre-Grewal level like $.06 or so?

Conversely, do we fold up shop if the appeals court does not find in our favor? Or do we pursue foreighn infringers?

I spent 3 hours on a plane yeaterday and read the enite appeal. The PTSC arguement is very compelling and I am sure the appeallants disagree. I find it quite interesting how the CC changed 4 times. On a positve note, it is compelling to see how they generated over 300 lisences and raised $300,000,000.00. Hopefully the judges can simplify this down to the basica drawings that show pefore the 336 and the results after the 336. It changed microprocessors forever.
