I completely agree with your post. Also, I don't recall how I came to think the following, so I welcome any correction offered --- but my understanding is that Ms. Felcyn is the one currently representing PTSC on the creditor's committee, and thus also the one who is involved in negotiating with Leckrone on any settlement that might be in the process of being discussed in the bankruptcy case.
If the above is accurate, Lord help us. Remember, in addition to the fact that Leckrone has bested and/or outsmarted PTSC in every contract to date, Ms. Felcyn is the one who apparently allowed Leckrone to walk out the door with millions of dollars right under her supposedly "forensic" nose. I can't recall the details of that at the moment (frankly, it's so embarrassing for PTSC that I try to forget about it), but I do recall considerable discussion of it at the time.
Admittedly, this post is long on recollection and short on recitation of the actual facts, but the point is that I'm very uncomfortable with who seems to be "leading" the current effort on behalf of PTSC in the bankruptcy proceedings. Please tell me I'm wrong so that I can try to develop some additional confidence. I would be very happy to stand corrected.
Best wishes to you and all.
