The answer to most if not all your questions is, "It ain't gonna be a cakewalk".

Some of us in this forum began talking about this very scenario (except for the low amount of the HTC award) quite some time ago, but few wanted to listen and some of the more outspoken deemed it "negative". I'm glad to see that reality is apparently now getting more attention, and I hope it isn't too little, too late.
