Since Handal is asking for, in essence, a delay to include the Markman information in the judge's final decision to further educate the judge it seems to me that two things are the case. 1. Edig thinks they have the upper hand with the re cert completed and 2. They know that the settlements that will be announced in mid August are significant enough to get us easily to March 2014 and somewhat beyond if necessary not including other settlements that could occur between now and then.
