Not trying to put a damper on what seems to be very positive developments, but it is somewhat disconcerting that Handal's staff did not know of the GBT case and it took heroics by sman, silver, and Dish at the last second to provide such pertinent information. I am not sure how the back room guys look related cases up, but it has been out since April and couldn't they just Google Apple and collateral estoppel cases and come up with this? Or are there so many that it could get lost in the shuffle? Anyway, great team work.
