We weren't always a penny styock.  I've been in it and paid 24.00 at the beginning.  Lets not cintinue to give any one an out as to their reponsibility to the stock holders who also are involved with the success of this company.  it does not belong to just the BOD.  All we ever wanted was straight information about where we are going.  NDA's seem to just be a way out for keeping us in the dark.  JMVHO  ted

That seems to be what they want as if there is nothing else that can be done.  The company does not belong to lawyers.  Those of us on this site are a large number with a very large investment in this company some probebly have more stock then some of those who serve as offcers.   I believe we are entitle at some point to see just what we got ourseves into and not be pushed out because of lawyers who hit you with a NDA.  We have made settlements and after a considerable time still don't know anything about just what was settled.  That stinks.

It has always been my position that NDA's were not in the intrest of the stock holder.  All it ever did was hide what was going on behind closed doors to benifit a few.  We have never been in the equation.  I know that this message will be taken down.  Yet i see that others can get away with saying what ever they want.

so far very few settlements thhat have meant much.  The battle will continue

Doni I am glad that some one other than myself has put the light on the courts. It has been a case where edig was denide what ever success it should have had based on the LAW and not some opinion of a clerk or judge with no understanding about what EDIG had or what it was proposing. Its sad that we were denide our success based on thir opinions.

Our proplem is not that we don't have those who have infringed but that we have a court system and judges that have no idea what the hell they are doing. After more than 20 years of this its the same old same old. We sue and they do a dance till we get tired or feel like we accomplished something with the peanuts they gave us.
