Same here - delivered on Mon, but I found it in my Yahoo mail spam folder! (First time this has happened?)

Glaring typo in the document - the two parties must have met and conferred on Dec 2 & 3, not Oct 2 & 3.

My bad - wrong puck. Actually it was the Lucent Technologies "puck" (in 1998?) and not the B&O Beosound 2 (which came out a few years later and didn't have an LED display). After searching the web for an image, I came full circle and ended up right back here on Agoracom, in the photos section - unfortunately I don't know how to paste the link in here using my iPhone.

Yes, that was my recollection too, when it was a Bang & Olufsen product, but the displayed time (5:47 = EDG) made the eDig connection.

I wonder if the typo in the title is EDIG's own doing, or courtesy of the USPTO?
Hopefully it's just a data entry issue and won't translate into the final patent (assuming it finally gets approved).

Good news on the personal front - after being a member here for more than 10 years, Agoracom has seen fit (finally earned enough points in lurker mode) to promote me out of the Mail Room (glad this is not IRL).
Hoping this is the start of an upward trend, with much better news (10-K) next Edig Thurs.
