I actually sent it to Mr. Handal and both associates on Thursday around noon, the day before the hearing. Based on your post, and the fact that the GBT case was finalized in April 2013, I'd say this was the case Mr. Handal was referring to. I'm sure glad he could use it.

Sman did all the leg work finding the case...I just pressed the SEND button because it seemed very relevant. :)
