So what does this mean in laymans terms? Is it that they can just deny the claims and that's it? or does the legal machine look at this and go sorry but your on the hook until proven innocent? This just confuses me :0(

I agree with you Frank, and I was thinking why can't we all just start posting it on our Facebook pages and start a grass roots marketing campaign and see where it gets us? I mean seriously what do we have to lose :0) The internet is everything these days, who knows what person might see it?
