BCD I am of the belief that the money was already committed and that was the reason they went ahead with the financing. Ultimately to me it is the only real logical explanation. If they had the time for a do over they may have took a different path? I don't know but I think they had to bite the bullet on this one. It was an expensive mistake especially if the investors knew they needed the money and maybe did not have the time to go in a different direction.
I am not really sure where you are getting the notion that people are getting their hopes up for the 28th? I find the sentiment on this forum exactly the opposite of that. People’s expectations here appear to be at an all-time low. Maybe I am misreading this?
