"If they had the time for a do over they may have took a different path?" does the fact they engaged Rodman & Renshaw back in June 15, 2016 change your view of the time variable, or is it that the 4 month period that it took to get to a final financial deal done appear to normal as far as how long these financings take to get across finish line?
To me it may show Poet was looking to do this financing longer than I myself thought initially. Of course it may all be just the way these things get done but the pricing seemed to favor one side more than the other and that is something most appear to have questions about..
