I agree that the shortest path is to find an existing facility and buy it. I hope that is what happens. I would be curious to see if such a place exist in Singapore for sale currently that you could pick up for 10 million + or -. The Grant lays out money to be dispersed over a perioud of time, which lead me to believe it was going to be a build out rather than a purchase. I beleive its like 2 million a year over 5 years, but I have not gone back to look at the agreement. We also have to add jobs to qualify, so our burn rate will also increase as a result of this grant. We should know more about Burn rate in the upcoming financials. Regardless, I think this type of conversation is more of what we should be having right now. Look for the path forward from here and base future expectations off of that.
