Okay you fact-checkers, what was the core reason why that 10K was delayed? If I recall correctly, it was because PTSC had changed auditor firms and because of that there was some difficulty, causing the delay. Go look, and correct me if I'm wrong.

Or you could just believe everything medtech says, and believe it was all about Swartz who, as has already been discussed, had ample opportunity to sell shares prior to that time. Also ignore the fact that Swartz HAD TO sell shares to enable elimination of warrants. So just ignore these facts and everything medtech says must be true....
