Don't forget to go after Pohl and Swartz, almost guaranteed insider trading, collusion, sec non compliance reporting material events etc. Swartz has the deep pockets and he could easily be brought into a shareholder lawsuit. Remember that when someone's back is against the wall and the feds say talk or jail time, it only takes one bod member or someone in the know to cave and the house of cards falls.

In all that has happened with ptsc over the years I do have to say the divy pump and dump set up by pohl and swartz was masterful in how pohl delayed the 10q filings to allow swartz to slowly dump and the longs hold the bag waiting for news, brilliant on swartzies part.

They are all guility and there is no way they can play ignorant. There has been way to much that has come out in the lecky bk for that.
