This once information message board has become cheap, trashy and personal. All spawn of frustration and erosion of capital by a group of self-serving corporate do-nothings. From here on out, only time will tell.

Next pivotal date is 3/26/14, the bankruptcy hearing. This should chart our approach going forward. Our best options are to appoint a trustee of force the Chap 7 hand. With Chapter 7, TPL has to go away for good!
