fut, your were dead wrong regarding the delay in the filing, why not just admit it.
I was out of ptsc for years, and was brought up to speed by a friend and jumped in and out and in again. I honetly don't care if I lose all my 5 cent shares.
If it pumps again or maybe the ptsc bod are running scared and may actually create value over the next year or two to help my latest investment.
I know a lot about the history dating back several years but not so much about the current situation until I read all the bk info that was so kindly provided here and my friend filled in the gaps.
I know you do not necessarily defend the ptsc bod but dude, come on, they are more than likely dirty. Also, do not be surprised if it ever were to come out how swartz made them all millions on the side.
The sec has not guts or could care less about an otcbb unless they are so blatant that they have to act. Why do you think ptsc bod says as little as they do. They are in milking mode not pumping mode.
