He HAD TO sell shares in the process of eliminating his warrants to avoid limitations (Swartz/Lincoln). And eliminating his warrants was IMO ESSENTIAL towards attracting investment by others.
Yes.. and fortuntately for him, tho I'm sure not coincidentally 
, it coincided with the spike to $2.20 and lots of PRs...
And we could not figure out why he wouldn't hold some to sell when the patents were validated and upheld in court and the MMP began to rake the big bucks in...
