But here you mis-represent as usual. Much of the BOD criticism emanates from the fact that despite taking in over $130M in revenues, this BOD has been unable to steward the company to any pedictable revenue stream. Either they didn't forsee the market's requirement that they deliver such, or they haven't been able to make the right decisions to bring it about.
Changing the BOD will at the least remove those decision makers from the chain so that they can't fail again. Obviously that's no guarantee that replacements won't fail, but it does guarantee that this same BOD won't have the opportunity to fail again so consistently.
Surely you understand that, but to continue to reference their failures as more history than incompetence makes your perspective suspect.
