Maybe the shareholders should find out where the virtual meeting will be broadcast from and show up outside for a real meeting after the virtual fiasco.
The entire BOD and management should be replaced!!!!!
This virtual meeting was/is beyond my comprehension.
The MMP really needs to be fully litigated with a large judgement award. Then, people will notice and the stock would finally advance with some strength.

Even with all the pending litigation, half the value of the MMP is definitely worth more that the $50M capitalization of PTSC. I bought a few more shares at $0.106 with this in mind after reading your post earlier today. Hopefully, this will commence some real shareholder value before the year is out.
This BOD has negotiated PTSC shareholders into abysmal jeopardy! The only negotiation that has been done well is their compensation.
PDSG is not a revenue source. They are an expense that is not really understood by the BOD.
