lambertslunatics/ Re: Oracle Corporation Purchases MMP Portfolio™ License

Even though from last year here you get the precise proportion between Oracle's hardware generated and software generated revenues.

Re: Chinese mobile giants in trouble with US Again

"Mutual respect and mutual benefits?? What the heck (insert your own expletive here)??..Did I read this correctly or do I need a new pair of glasses?????..essentially they are saying that we will steal your IP continue to infringe..not pay you for it..and jump up and down that we are not being treated fairly..UNREAL!!! "

"Mutual benefits" to me clearly and doubtlessly means they are going to pay!

Can you think about another benefit for ptsc except for money?

Have a good day.

Re: 148 Patent Expired for failure to pay maint fees-Mike

Remember that todays different patents were originally filed as one.

This first filling must have the relevant priority date.

As far as the American 148 patent is concerned it might not be so important.

Firstly because of technical reasons, secondly because it is not worthwile to pay the fees anymore (the fees do increase extremely during the lifetime of a patent), thirdly probable license fees are still to be paid up to the expiring date even today or next year if a company had been on notice and

lastly you have to consider that it doesn't touch other fillings e.g. the European at all.

Hopefully this helps to take a little tension.

Markman Hearing

People will be very dissapointed if the Markman Hearing will not come out as expected by many here.

It will be a very good day to collect more shares for those who fuel those high expectations.

It is at least not very intelligent (nicely put) to focus on the Markman Hearing only because there are a lot of other things to consider.

Re: What is the current value of the MMP- Patent law

Everyone here knows that concerning the 336 no essential prior art has successfully been brought up by the defendants even after all those reexams.

One main issue of international patent law is that after a patent has been granted like the 336 all amplifications or narrowings are impermissible.

The only thing which is allowed and sometimes required is to specify an expression more precisely.

For the 336 that can only mean, it is the same as it has been with the same infringers and if I may say this, it is even stronger because all those attacks aren't possible any more.

If an infringer cannot come up with an absolutely new prior art document then he not only likely but defintely will have any chance of a new reexam.

I hope this helps to clarify the issue and shows in what good position the 336 is.

To all the best

Re: (TOMMEEEK)=integrity in my experience

Dear Tommeeek,

I know you are honest and credible by the way you have been acting so far.

I hope you stay invested even though you don't post much here from now on.

That's what I do and I'm sure many others do no matter what people are saying or writing on this board.

In the end truth will prevail and with that PTSC's shareprice will be in totally different regions than it is at the moment.

Wish you all the best.
