Ah hah! This morning I see where our communication breakdown lies - and it's entirely my fault (my apologies). You don't dispute the fact that a PR came with every known (settlement) license. The concern is re: filing an 8K. There of course I agree (fact is fact), EDIG has not filed 8Ks for recent settlements. Here I suggest that (as with PTSC) this is because EDIG has established that its normal business activity revolves around IP licensing, and thus new licensing is business as usual and therefore not a peculiar (material) event.

So it continues to be reasonable to anticipate a PR based on the recent PACER.

Lesson re-learned: Don't post after having had a few drinks! Especially when I don't drink but maybe once a week (exagerating the impact).
