Gil..FWIW....you have to ask yourself...what is Flash R? As that is for the most part the eventual licence that is given...

We do have one licence that is for 774 which would indicate effects beyond FlashR....that may or may not(without prejudice) have 737directly involved or other directly associated patents..."We are pleased to announce our first royalty bearing '774 license agreement and the first settlement from our recently filed round of infringement actions,"

Settling for 774 without prejudice is not the same as settling FlashR with prejudice...

The issues are being negotiated incrementally...

With that, as overly negative as some feel the ruling might be... IMO, I feel the decision may have reinforced issues....

IMO, once they clear the deck, or sooner, ....they name the next round prior any re-exam and there 's no appeal of any-kind....

In order for me to reconsider my thoughts, someone is going to have to take the judges musings, all opposing claims construction issues ....and equate them to the actual ruling.
