Maybe DM has decided to get out of Doge, as stated by FRED & company at SHM?!...

However, I doubt that is the reason for all this PACER activity...

DM could be clearing the deck in preparation of an APPEAL, when MK responds to the elements of the Joint Motion, including a Ruling on 737...

I simply cannot see DM giving up with a week "Plaintiff objects" to the 7/28/2011 UN-DECISION. The OPINION by MK totally ignores the ecvdence in the case and is squarely contrary to the Phillips case. Jameson was wrong whn he told the Judge in MH that they had all learned from the PHILLIPS case. MK clearly did not learn a thing...
