It is the business and Forte of DM TO "BUTT HEADS". I doubt seriously they would let the matter go because it will take time and effort...

absolutely Gil! how weak would DM appear to tuck tail and call it a day?? I think you're right on, on all the above considerations you present. I can't imagine the next move anything but an appeal on this ruling
