I've made comments at great length of the opposing proposals and that which the court actually ruled on.

For e.Digitals 8K notification, its concern, as I see it, is for proposed issues.

The court ruled on the original phrasing of the patent.

I've put it out there for debate many times, however, it's now considered to be "riddles"
