Took a long time for the parties to get together, hope it's a good amount and the settlement is the right move, must be that DM was agreeable and hope for a Markman at a later date.

This may get us more filings and perhaps some quick settlements as others perceive Samsung was a major case.

We may know the amount by mid November if the settlement is complete by September.
