I'm hoping our defendants are/have studied our stuff and said to their bosses, 'Its a sound and valid patent-portfolio; and that we only have, at best, a 25% chance of getting anything favorable during discovery.''

I concur Apple/Sony/Nokia ect., ect., the TI/INTC types.
