That would mean a Markman hearing two years from now.

Or it could mean we will never have a Markman ...Think about it we're batting 1000..... 8 for 8 ...it's now time to load the bases again let's hope for fifty mil or more

Apparently even the big ones will bite the dust without a markman Our patents must be pretty damn strong.
