Well, the PPS moved up and stayed up for the past week. Emphasis on the latter. What happened to cause this? What changed?

Sometimes I'm a little surprised at folks that proclaim an untruth/falsehood when evidence (albeit questionable, as is everything in this context) to the contrary is staring them straight in the face.
