He's just the kind of guy that would do such a thing, so don't expect to reap the benefit of any work Alliance has put together.

Why does Samsung have us on hold pending the result of the appeal with the ITC? If my understanding is correct, our win at the NDoC trumps our loss at the ITC. Whey wouldn't Samsumg (and others) accept that and simply pay up?

Could it be that Samsung (and others) expect that the NDoC trump won't over ride their ITC political FIX?

After all, we don't have 9 unbiased jurors this time. We only have a fight against big money, big political pay offs and, of course, our "honest Abe" president NOBAMA!
