NO, NO, NO!!! This would not be BRILLIANT. This would be Catastrophically Imbecilic! What you're saying in effect is that PTSC entered into lopsided agreements, refused to exercise proper fiduciary oversight of our interests, and disregarded every shareholder who brought the obvious to their attention.....all in order to take TPL to court to fight what could be a protracted and expensive legal battle with....A BUNCH OF LAWYERS!! Not to mention, a group that everyone has always had suspicions and doubts about, EVEN before we signed the MA/CA!!!
This kind of "everything that PTSC does is right and brilliant, and all our opponents are going to be sorry, and all of the things that have gone against us are the result of outside forces" reasoning that is pitched here defies the facts and the truth.
What would have been BRILLIANT, is for PTSC to negotiate and execute a truly equal partnership and to have overseen the execution of that agreement and subsequent business dealings with a keen eye that would have eliminated the opportunity for us to be in this situation that we're in now, whereby we FINALLY get the '336 recert we've all been waiting for, and rather than kicking blank and taking names, we're in court with OUR PARTNER!
