As I see it, the gun has been smoking a lot longer than you seem to believe, but, as always, we can agree to disagree. The point is moot anyway, as the fact of the matter is that PTSC did not take action until now, and none of us can turn back the clock.

Meaning no offense to you, my prior comments on these subjects have mainly been directed at correcting what I view as incorrect statements about proof and/or evidence versus allegations, in the context of the filing of a lawsuit, from which I felt lay persons might benefit. I hope such has been of some assistance to those who may have been interested.
