It would appear many are overjoyed and perhaps rightfully so. Each is entitled to their opinion. There appears to be a strategic fit but the timing is questionable. At the moment I see the facts as this, Denselight is losing money, PTK at the moment does not have revenue and we got diluted and I think the market may view it from this perspective.

Don't get me wrong, I remain long and committed but I hope there is follow-up news that provides demonstratable evidence of economic sustainability.
